A Message from the Founder

When I arrived in the Netherlands as an international student, I brought with me not only the hope of academic success but also

the drive to contribute meaningfully to society through honest work.

But like thousands of others, I quickly ran into a wall: the Dutch labor market was full of barriers I hadn’t anticipated. Despite numerous applications, persistent follow-ups, and a genuine desire to work part-time, nothing was successful. The legal landscape, employer hesitation, and a lack of structured support meant I faced constant rejection, not for lack of skill, but because the system was not built for people like me.

So, I decided to do something about it.

ISEFA B.V. (International Students Employment Facilitation Agency) was born out of my personal struggle, and out of a belief that students, refugees, and newcomers deserve more than closed doors. We deserve access. We deserve fairness. We deserve dignity.

I’ve invested my own savings to make this vision real:

Legal incorporation, business consultancy, and compliance services
Our domain name and secure hosting
A virtual office in the heart of Rotterdam
Freelancers, design tools, and platforms like TeleportHQ and Durable
All funded—not by investors, but by one determined international student
And I haven’t taken a single euro in return.

ISEFA B.V. exists to be the bridge I never had. We act as the legal employer so that students don’t have to worry about work permits, contracts, or exploitation. We take on the complexity, so they can focus on building their future.

This isn’t just a startup—it’s a mission.
